| Ok I'll try it Here's a random one of a WRC service Thats the new cylinder and shoes on Well i've tried it but I cant swap the order of the pictures unless I upload them backwards. (in other words it won't let me move my images around so i can change the order, unless anyone on here knows how?) So I'm affraid its a new post for the next pic. | |

| quick question, but why are you removing the 4 shaft bolts from the back plate?
yes ok thats what the book of lies (haynes) says to do, but you (on mk6 escorts) you can just undo the hub/bearing nut and provided the handbrakes slackened off enough, the drum should just slide off, with a tap from a small hammer or something.
Mk2 mondeo's are different tho, they come off almost like a brake disc, the drum is sandwiched between the hub (where the wheel studs and bearings sit) and the wheel
but on the otherhand, who cares how it's done as long as nothin falls off and it's got brakes =D | |

| Back 4 bolts on the shaft plate? I didnt take them off (unless dad took them off when i photographed that side), its the two little nuts holding the wheel cylinders we wanted off, the drums came off by just unhooking the two pins and pulling them out. | |

| Well its back on the road, so just bedding the shoes in now, and wait for the rain to stop for long enough to be able to sort the bumper (not aloud to work indoors). Nd then get some mods done. | |

| I had that thought, found a piper cat back exhaust system with a 3inch tailpipe for £273, is that good? I don't want one bigger than 3 and I definaetly don't want a hidden tailpipe. | |

| TBH, its not worth spending the monies on new gear when you can pick up second hand stuff much cheaper which will be jsut as good. I bought my exhaust system for £80, and sold it for £50 and was all stainless with a good sound. Get on some forums like www.fiestaturbo.com, www.ukfiestanetwork.com and take a look at the for sale sections. | |

| Cheers for that you 2, when I actually stopped daydreaming in college (you have to something to pass the time) and put my sensible hat on I actually figured out that the cambelt is nearly due to be changed, so that will take priority and the modding will have to wait, again, but cheers for the advise. | |
