| most of you by now know that i fucked my shoulder up in rugby last weekned but dont know exactly what i did, basically i got dumped head first onto my shoulder by an ilegal speer tackle! seriously painfull. which resulted in the ligament that hold my collar bone down completly snaping and the collar bone itself dislocating!! heres a few picks of what ive done!!    so as a result im going into hospital again next week to have an operation to put it back ( its still dislocated) and strap it down and screw it in place!! like so  so thats me fucked for a whille, and thats me out of brawdy, which im seriously fucked off about!!!  | |
