| 3/08/10 picked up my donor car yesterday, which contained a rather fetching set of cloth VR6 seat amongst other things eg the gearbox and stuff i need, was sold as a dead car witch needed trailering, got there, hit it with a hammer and changed the battery and drove it home lol, now driving it around till the project is finished heres the seats anyway, soo comfy | |

| 13/08/10 well i suppose il give you some more pics, this is how it stands, completely naked, with no interior or seals as its rubbed down and any imperfections corrected ready for painting, hopfuly primer will be on by sunday and by seemingly popular demand, my vento, which i picked up the same time as the golf for, well, nothing as the little i payed for it iv already made back selling parts off it, which is where im getting the replacment gearbox, my interior and front end conversion and some other bits i need | |

ask and you shal receive! well then, any who have either seen or been in my car at night will know the headlights are shockingly bad, partly due to the laminex, and mostly down to the fact one bulbs dip doesnt work! so rather than fork out for decient bulbs, mr post man droped me off the wonderful box of toys nice set of 4500k HIDs, decided to get these as a half decient set of bulbs would cost atleast £30, so i was clever and played the exchange rate and ordered them in dollars from china and got them silly cheap, nearly £8 cheaper than the uk listing hehe well heres the before and after, before on the left, and after on the right looks so much better emitting a chrisp white light, now i should see at night! | |
