I got pulled over in Aber tonight because of my lack of number plate, and was told that my handy work on the wing was worth 6 points due to the danger to pedestrians.

Tomorrow I'm getting the fixing hammer out on the wing, so I dont get pedestrians caught in the body work when I run them down.

i wanna see this wing that will scoop pedestrians away from the pavement in into your car

Well if I dont get them with the wing, I'll twat them with my wing mirror instead lol

I keep doing silly things and knocking my number plate off, also broke my bumper by trying to do some rally driving. I've finaly run out of sticky tabs to keep putting the plate back on, so Mr Charnock helped me secure my plate using cable ties.

So heres a quick update on whats happened since last time I posted here...

My car started looking very shoddy, and without the pride of a nice car, I started driving more recklessly. Realising that crashing into banks/fenceposts/etc. barely damaged my car and didn't injure me, I did it more frequently. Usualy under the supervision of WSA.

So yeah, one day I had a small audience, did a crappy drift, ended up in a bank and did this...



I bent practicaly everything on the driver side corner... the only thing undamaged was the lowering spring.

So I was unsure what to do with the car... it was sat on Mr Cimineras drive for a long time, I didnt know if the subframe was bent too, the whole car looked tatty.

A mate got me some parts dirt cheap to replace the front corner (Jamie from Nightwalkers), Dan helped me tear apart the broken and bent bits, and put it all back together again.

I noticed that the front shocks were standard, and not bilsteins like on the back... I thought that this could have possibly been the cause of my understeer problems. I got some bilstien front shocks dirt cheap from an mx5 forum, and Russ helped me fit them.

Russ also found this lovely picture on facebook of a random girl sitting on my car. lol!

Then the car spent a lot of time at WSAs house... I got hold of a new wing, I sanded it and left it with him one night, he had it all painted ready for me to fit the next day. He also buffed up my bonnet so it was the same colour as the rest of the car. Then, I left my car with him while I was away at a wedding, and when I came back the spoiler was gone, lid smoothed resprayed.

I also aquired some speedlines dirt cheap from crease...

So heres how the car looks now - in need of a good clean and a good polish though!

the billies were stock.... the random cheap ones were likely put on the front the same time as the random, poorly fitting parts, uk front bumper and red headlight frame :p

yeah - I can tell from checking MOTs online that she was off the road for a year - so I reckon she was deffinately in a front ender and they took a while to badly fit other parts.
