basically, the sills are fucked, inners and outers, floor is rotten, bootlid is rotten, bootfloor is rotten, roof gutters are rotten and next to the screen is rotten!

ive offered a silly price, not sure whether he will take it, but theres so much work, it would be easier to just spend the extra wedge on a decent rolling chassis like :/

id walk away, looks like a lot of work there, plus its more than likely only going to get worse the more you look at it and started pulling everything apart, as pingu said if he does accept a silly offer see what a few local scrap dealers are offering, then rip of anything that could be usefull for the next one, starter motors alternators interior switches dials etc, could be the best bet then scrap the shell and whats left.

yeah, if he accepted it, id take it straight the scrapyard, my grandad scrapped a escort not so long ago and got 210 for it!
