got some rims on the way buddy they're under wraps and taking a while to sort to get them to fit, but rest assured you'll never have seen a set on a polo before, I hope they're just taking more time/ money than I thought to sort

cheers bro, got nothing on your supra though aha. Polo should be coming a little bit lower when the rims are sorted too, loads of plans over the summer but number one is get a job so even the wheels might take a while

Right time or an update, car is now sitting lower (rear adjusters and front helper springs out) and the new rims are finally powdercoated after a few problems. I got the wheels cheap off a mate but they had been in his garden for some time and were quite corroded. With a nice bit of stretch the wheels set things of nicely I think, picccture time

cheers bro, yeah to be fair it needs a bit of spacing all round but they're on wobble bolts at the moment, so I'm gonna wait til I can afford custom adaptors and choose the thickness and get them spaced that way.

Not much of an update except to say that spacing the wheels out will have to wait a while now as the wheels need the centre bores milling out first, as the owner before last tried to do this himself with what looks like a drill :/ I was planning on getting custom adaptors anyway but they need the bore to be the same obviously. So a bit more work needed before that can happen and don't really want to send my newly powdercoated wheels off to be machined just yet, all in good time though.

Annd in other news there's a cheeky little shot of the polo in the back of this month's Performance VW mag, I'm proper chuffed
