yeah i guessed the discs would have been rusty, but it was the grinding noise coming from them, thats why i thought the pads/discs were low, as it turns out it must have just been a sticky caliper

Sticky caliper doesnt cause grinding, it would cause overheating of the disk leading to break fade on one side - i had this and it was a real arse, only fixable with a replacement caliper or replacing the seals.

Car looks ok, my was totaly battered too when I got it, wing mirror even fell off on drive home!

lol, yea fiesti simon didnt mind!!
yellow sounds good tho, just need to find alloys, didnt end up buying those other ones, just dont look right i think, i want some of the 7 spoke diamond cut ford ones, but they pricey Sad

also, i have looked at the lower arms, they are like new and bushes r good Smile

may have to chop some coils off the back, its ridiculus, may chop some front ones for a bit more lows, haha

I'll give you £50 towards buying the 7 spokes if you bring those crappy old speedline wheels down for me ?

Crease, if you send me your rear springs, along with £20, I will swap them for some shorter lowering springs. Sound like a deal?
