| There are quite a few different types of springs on the fiesta. Yours is actualy a mk3.5, where as the other car is just the mk3. The springs ect are all quite different so is likely why you are getting the difference. | |

theres two types of strut, the mk3 are thinner than mine (mk3.5) springs are the same, just different loads to suit diff engines! | |

| been busy on this today cam cover off cam locking tools no cams no head cleaning the gasket areas up New gasket and the head back on all i need to do now is torque the head bolts up, tigten up the mani, then put cams back in, timing belt and all the other shit didnt help at the fact i dropped my socket down the exhaust, o i had to unbold all that off :@ argghhh lol all in all a gd day tho, my first head stripdown, and lush weather and beer helped it go well | |

| Good to see it coming along Looking at the head gasket, the one I recieved deffo wasnt right, as the waterwats were only about 2mm across. | |

| well,it went back together ok,despite me having to fork out for a torque wrench, and dropping a socketdwn the zorst :/ had to drop all the dwnpipe and cat off to get it...rrrgghhh lol its starts and runs fine, just lumpy on idle so the timings out, going to have a crack at it in the next few days? turning from the cambelt side, which way would be retarding it? | |

| Just a check, have you connected the injectors properly? I had megga issues then realised I'd put the power steering sensor onto the injector and visa versa! Propblem was wiring made it look like it should be that way. | |

| yeah, everythings were it should be mate, adjusted the cams today and its pretty sweet, i think the inlet just needs a bit more adjustment | |
